Bengaluru, Aug 10: Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday credited Indian technology and the Make in India initiative for the swift success of Operation Sindoor, which he said crippled Pakistan within hours.
Speaking at the foundation-laying ceremony of Bengaluru Metro Phase-3, Modi said the operation showcased a “new face of India” to the world, with the military demonstrating its capability to strike deep inside Pakistan and dismantle terror hubs.
“Our technology and the power of Make in India were the driving forces behind the success of Operation Sindoor,” he said, adding that Bengaluru and its youth played a significant role in the mission’s achievements.
