Srinagar, Sept 5: The Jammu and Kashmir government has confirmed that today will be observed as a public holiday on the occasion of Eid Milad-un-Nabi (SAW), as per the earlier notification.
All government offices, educational institutions, and departments will remain closed. The day, commemorating the birth anniversary of Prophet Muhammad (SAW), is being observed across J&K with deep religious reverence and fervour.
