Minister for Health, Sakeena Itoo chaired a high-level meeting to review progress on major infrastructure and development projects under the Health, Education and Social Welfare departments across J&K.
She assessed the physical and financial progress of ongoing projects, including Capex and SASCI works, fund utilisation, equipment procurement and implementation of earlier decisions.
The Minister directed officers to ensure timely execution, close monitoring and clear accountability, with expenditure aligned to actual progress and bottlenecks resolved promptly
