Srinagar, Sep 29: A 55-year-old woman was killed after being hit by a vehicle in the Sanat Nagar area of Srinagar on Monday morning, officials said.
They said the woman, riding a scooty, was hit by a vehicle and shifted to a nearby hospital in critical condition where doctors declared her dead on arrival.
The deceased has been identified as Shar Banu (55), wife of Ansar Hussain Khan of Jammu. Police have taken cognisance of the matter.
