‘Samvad 2026’, an international seminar for central banks organised by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), commenced today in New Delhi with a welcome address by the Shri Sanjay Malhotra, Governor, RBI, and a keynote address by the Hon’ble Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister, Smt. Nirmala Sitharaman.The two-day seminar brings together Central Bank Governors, senior policymakers, representatives of international organisations and experts to deliberate on key issues, including monetary policy, Artificial Intelligence, financial inclusion, financial stability and payment systems.
