Budgam, Oct 14: Apni Party Chief Spokesperson Muntazir Mohiuddin is likely to resign from the party and contest the upcoming Budgam by-elections as an independent candidate.
Muntazir confirmed that he will contest the Budgam bypolls as an independent candidate.
“I may quit the Apni Party, but as of now, I am still part of it,” he said.
Pertinently, during the 2024 Assembly elections, he had extended his support to Omar Abdullah on the Budgam constituency seat.
