Budgam, Nov 14: PDP candidate Aga Syed Muntazir Mehdi has taken a clear lead in the Budgam Assembly by-election. After 8 out of 17 rounds of counting, Mehdi has secured 11,723 votes.
He is ahead of NC candidate Aga Syed Mahmood Al-Mosavi, who has received 9,110 votes so far, putting Mehdi ahead by 2,613 votes.
