Srinagar, Jan 22: A Border Security Force (BSF) personnel died after suffering a cardiac arrest at the BSF camp in Panthachowk area of Srinagar on Thursday, officials said.
An official said the deceased was identified as Ja Kishan, who was posted at the BSF Camp Panthachowk. He reportedly fell unconscious at the camp and was immediately shifted to a nearby hospital for treatment.
However, doctors declared him brought dead on arrival. Officials said the cause of death was reported as cardiac arrest and further formalities are being completed.
