Srinagar, Aug 28: The Army on Thursday said a soldier lost his life while performing operational duties in north Kashmir’s Kupwara district.
In a statement, the Srinagar-based Chinar Corps paid tribute to Havildar Ikbal Ali, honouring his “supreme sacrifice, courage and dedication,” and said his bravery will continue to inspire others.
The Army added that it stands in solidarity with the bereaved family and remains committed to their well-being.
