Srinagar, Aug 28: A 31-year-old labourer from Punjab died in Beerwah area of central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Thursday after suffering chest pain, officials said.
The deceased has been identified as Manjinder Singh, son of Labh Singh, a resident of Deon Bathinda, Punjab, who was working at 15P Brick Kiln, Utligam.
He was rushed to Sub-District Hospital Beerwah by co-workers but was declared brought dead on arrival. Police have taken cognizance of the matter and initiated proceedings.
