Chief Secretary Atal Dulloo today chaired the 1st UT-level Steering Committee meeting to review implementation of the PM-SETU scheme in J&K, stressing the need for industry-responsive skill education.He said ITI upgradation must go beyond infrastructure and focus on building an industry-aligned ecosystem that equips youth with skills for quality and well-paid employment.CS emphasised that industry partners should bring technology, domain expertise, modern training practices, industrial exposure and credible employment pathways for trained youth.
