During the visit, the Divisional Commissioner inspected the Yatra Camp at Lamber and reviewed the facilities being established for pilgrims, including accommodation, sanitation, drinking water supply, uninterrupted power availability, medical care and security arrangements.
While reviewing the overall preparedness, the Divisional Commissioner stressed on close coordination among all stakeholder departments to ensure efficient service delivery and hassle-free movement of pilgrims. He called upon the officers to work in a mission mode and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and public convenience at all Yatra-related facilities.
