Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha attended the 2nd ICC MSME Conclave 2026 in Jammu and delivered the keynote address on the transformative role of MSMEs, Nano GCCs and technology-led growth.LG highlighted how agility, innovation and technology are reshaping the future of enterprise and driving India’s economic transformation.LG said MSMEs are powering employment, boosting exports and nurturing entrepreneurship, making them vital to India’s growth story.
