Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh and Raksha Rajya Mantri Shri Sanjay Seth will grace the Armed Forces Headquarters (AFHQ) Civilian Services Day programme on August 03, 2026 in New Delhi.

The event acknowledges the crucial role of civilian personnel working alongside the Armed Forces in Ministry of Defence. Celebrated annually on August 1st, the AFHQ Day marks the foundation of AFHQ Cadres laid on 1st August 1942.
