This week, Quarterly State-Level JCC meetings were convened by NCB in Bihar, Tripura, Himachal Pradesh & Mizoram to further strengthen inter-agency coordination in tackling emerging narcotics threats.

🔷 The meetings witnessed active participation from representatives of NIA, ED, DRI, Customs, Income Tax, BSF, RPF, CISF, State ANTFs, State Drug Controllers, SIBs & other DLEAs.

🔷 Detailed deliberations were held on strengthening intelligence sharing, financial investigations, key NDPS cases, PITNDPS, pharma diversion, use of FINex portal, along with NIDAAN & NATGRID portals & sharing details of fugitives for necessary action.

🔷 NCB focused on drug trafficking trends & emerging challenges, the need for focused action against kingpins to dismantle drug trafficking networks, effective implementation of Vision Document on Narcotics Control & Red Flag Indicators to identify clandestine labs among other issues.
